There are usually 2 reasons that tracking numbers will not come up.
1.) Credit card problem - If you were contacted by customer service because of a credit card issue, your order was taken out of sequence and tracking is not available. If it has been more than 5 days since customer service contacted you (not from when you placed the order, as orders on hold do not ship until they are cleared by the security department), please e-mail us below.
2.) It takes at least 24-36 hrs. from time of purchase to track a package. It may ship within minutes after ordering but it takes time for UPS to process the information into their system (we send package info. daily at 6pm EST). If you place your order after 3pm EST on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday, your package will ship on Monday. Tracking information will be available on Tuesday morning (or 24hrs. after we send the information to UPS on Monday.

Please do not call customer service for UPS tracking information, they do not have access to tracking information. Your email will be answered usually within 1-3 hrs. during normal business hours. All emails from the weekends are answered on Monday morning.
